Hi there, I have recently stumbled upon your blog. I was perusing the Halloween Forum, then PumpkinRot and somehow ended up here! But it was a lovely journey! I looked at some of your older post since I was inspired by your beautiful vignettes and I see in a view that you have what looks to be a turkey claw. Could you possible share how you came across this bizarre item? Being a new Mama to five chickens, I must find one for myself! Working on our first Home Haunt this year and trying like mad to make some of the awesome things I have discovered from the forum and on Pinterst. Now I do see why one must start planning in November for the next year! Thanks in advance for your help and many Happy Hauntings to you! Sincerely, Kristal
Hi Kristal, Thanks for visiting! My turkey claw was a gift from my daughter-in-law. She knows my heart's desires. The turkey claw came from Paxton Gate in Portland, OR. They have a web site and do ship. The turkey foot/claw is $15. That's pretty reasonable and it's one of my most treasured oddities. Good luck and have fun this year. Once your Halloween obsession takes hold....well, every year gets better and better. Can't wait to hear about your haunt this year. Here's the link.... http://paxtongate.com/paxton/turkey-feet-310.html
Thanks so much my dear for your reply! For some reason, I didn't receive a notification and I have been up to my eyeballs trying to put everything together! Now I know why one must start the next years' haunt the day after Halloween!! Between lurking on the Halloween Forum site and Pinterst, I just keep finding new props and ideas that my wee little brain is about to burst!! I am definitely going to check out the site you provided. And in case you didn't already know, you Halloween vignettes that you post pictures of a absolutely To-Die-For!! XoXo, Kristal
