Cue the spooky music...

Living room mantle

Gargoyle ~skulls ~ bits and pieces

The prairie dog skull from my granddaughter

Full frontal ~ bottom half

When I look at my living room mantle at Halloween I think this would look so great with spooky music.  Music just sets the tone...the mood.  Made the theme music to "The Elephant Man".  It's just creepy music box music....love it....and my mantle at Halloween...

  2. Just came across your blog and loooove it!! I think it was from a link over at Pumpkinrot, which I've been following in my reader for a couple years now. I've added your blog to my Halloween-tagged reader items - you've definitely got a site worth following!

I used to have Halloween parties and really spent a lot of time/effort decorating inside and outside the house. Kinda burned out on it the last two years but I still love following what others are doing. One of my last big blog postings (I don't really blog as much either) for Halloween was:

Plus we had the separate blog going for our parties - you're welcome to check out it and see if you get any inspiration, although I honestly feel like there's little you could learn from others - you've really got it all covered!!!

    Happy Halloween (early)!

    1. Hey, thanks for checking out my blog. I'm such an "on/off" kind of blogger but I like sharing my Halloween photos with other Halloween obsessives.
It is a time consuming, mind consuming passion. The Mister gets burnt out each year but sucks it up with my constant "...and this year let's do..." rants. Halloween night is SO worth the effort. I would love to see you entertain your Halloween passion again.
Inspiration, my friend, comes from everywhere and that's part of the fun...

    1. Thanks Holly. I'm a very sporadic blogger. Most of my posts happen post-Halloween. I appreciate you're looking and taking the time to comment. Love that!
